I've never seen an actual head spin on a trapeze (ie. a spin in headstand). Maybe she's talking about a neck-loop spin or a mouth-hang spin. A head spin would be an awesome trick, though. I doubt it's possible, too much movement, but people have achieved lots of things I thought were impossible.

(That's a highly professional magazine for an internal publication BTW. Very "Life" magazine.)
