Different Worlds
So I'm currently in Reykjavik with my mum. She has no interest in juggling. We were walking down a street in Reykjavik today, and I spotted someone I half-recognised. I took a double take, and realised it was LP (it felt like a celebrity citing), and explained to my mum who he was. I realised the look she had on her face was the same look that I'm told I have when people tell me why I should go and see the new Tom Cruise release, or why Jurgenn Klopp is a good move for Liverpool.
I'm not sure what the point of this story is, but I have realised that I like this insular little juggling community that we have. I've also realised that there really is no point in trying to explain just how difficult it is to balance a golf club on a ball on a club on another club on your head.
