I like that inclined surface angled plane juggling as means for both, showing difficult siteswaps and learning them at lower rolling speed. Alas, it's not so much apt for multiplex and e.g. upsidedown or hi-lo patterns  ( but with other jugglers at middle andor top of table, ((which would mix up hands involved, though)) ).
