Index view.
Click [Mark Thread As Read] for any threads I am completely uninterested in.
Click on [the red number] for unread posts on a thread.
Read them.
Reply as necessary/inclined.
Mark thread as read.
Click [Small Talk].
Repeat until no red numbers remain.
