Chloe Walier has an aesthetic arrangement for the bottles: all in a row. Arranging the bottles in two rows (as seen here: https://youtu.be/ryd2Ha8qmxM?start=199) looks less incredibly difficult.
Are the bottles rigged? An inch of lead to stabilize the bottom seems advantageous.
