OK Daniel here are a few clips of "human juggling" (hand voltige, banquine, standing casting etc.) for your weekend viewing:
First, the Kotsubas - Sergei & Sergei(father &13 y.o. son). This pair made a pretty big impact around 1990 - Cirque de Demain and Monte Carlo.

If I have the facts right, the spinning mounts to h2h were a new invention, and the straddle sault in h2h was either new or very unusual. (Disclaimer: I may be completely wrong about this)
Here's a group act - Guangdong Chinese Army Troupe - from the Chinese national competition in the 1990s. Great acro, great presentation with stirring military music!

The Chinese national competition was every 4 years (I think??), and it's one of the main reasons their skills have kept climbing to such extraordinary levels. It's also why this act has the full performance package - dry ice, custom backdrop, etc.
Here's another great Chinese act, very unusual in this specialty - an all-female troupe. This is the Canton Army Troupe's gold-medal-winning act from 18th Cirque de Demain. It may feel a bit slow at the start, but hang in there, it's worth it.

Finally, one you will have already seen, but I'm putting it in because it's just the best ever - the Russian banquine act from Quidam. This clip is from the CDS IMAX film "Journey of Man"

(So I've learnt a new term today - 'hand voltige'. Good to know what it's actually called)
