Don't write for the web, write for people! The web consists of over 3 billion users now. I can assure you that you are not writing for all of them!
Is there any demographic information for the ezine audience available? If not perhaps a survey of how often, for how long & on what would be useful for future authors. Maybe even a regular vote for your favourite article feature would help narrow down what people want to read in the ezine.
If you're there Scott, I couldn't find a page for potential contributors. Is there such a thing?
