Advice on 7 ball cascade.... (and half shower)
Hi! I've been practicing 7 balls since June this year and I would love to get some tips and thoughts about my technic today. If you see something I can improve that I don't. How's my posture? Elbows? Hands.. etc. Also if you know some good exercises, please reply :)
Here's a video from todays practice session: https://youtu.be/k4jTu1ldTQo (I know the quality is bad so my hands are quite hard to see, maybe I should upload a better video next week...) The first two clips are of the 7 ball cascade. (Second one is my PB, 62 catches)
The last two clips shows me trying to run the 7 ball half shower. I haven't practiced it much, but it really doesn't feel good. I tend to walk to the right while doing it, all the time.
