I share your thoughts here - when I look through the video again. The second clip was a bit later, so my left hand was probably more tired. Focusing on my left hand by counting or emphasizing the beats probably is a good idea. When I do 7 (and 6) I only count my right hand catches, and then double. I'll try to count my left hand's catches a bit next time.
I think isolated endurance is quite fun, so I'll try to work more on that :) In the gym they got suitable step boards.
Someone commented on Facebook, saying that my chest look a bit tight while doing 7. I agree with this, I do look a bit tense (?).
Also, I really think I need to practice 6 more. My pb's only 84 catches... And when I get better at 6, I think I'll have it easier with 7.
