Yes, IIRC, they were among the people that were (probably rightly) skeptical of Willy's original "record setting" videos (the ones in super low res, seemingly deliberately bad framing and cutting). Perhaps moreso, they were against a record of 12 rings async with 2 holsters being compared to 12 rings sync with 4 holsters. Willy seemed touchy about it, and they argued a bit on facebook.
I may have some of the details wrong, but it was something like that.
