hey, just checked the necca page and while your juggling is pretty good i don´t think the necca committe will be interested in more than 1 minute of juggling (best 3/4/5 b sequence + 1 club 3b + 8b flash ?)
instead they want to see (copied from the necca page)
What do I need to include in my application video?
Your 5 minute video application must include -
These skills safely executed to the best of your ability. Please show getting in and out of the skills.
a. Cartwheel (both sides)
b. Forward roll & dive roll
c. Handstand: against a wall or free standing
d. Back bridge: push up from laying on ground
e. Hollow Body
f. Plank
g. Splits: left, to straddle (center), to right
h. Pull ups (minimum one required to be invited to auditions) - please show that your feet are not on the ground at the start/end of the skill.
Plus as many of these skills as you can safely demonstrate:
i. Back bend from standing
ii. Front handspring
iii. Back handspring
iv. Standing back tuck
j. Include as many other additional skills you can show us including tumbling, trampoline, dance, juggling, balancing, acting, aerials, stupid human tricks, etc. If you have an interest in a particular area you must demonstrate skills in that area.
Remember that your personality is important to us, so be sure it shows through.
there´s also this link https://youtu.be/lMS_3-uYoOI to an example admission video
so i think the best would be to hit a gym to get this acrobatic movements filmed to show some good will to learn all this non juggling crap. then add a minute of juggling to the end... a juggling teacher won´t need more to see that your 3 and 4 ball juggling is pretty good your 5b need some work but you have flashed 8 once and your balance is fine too.
also think about this "showing ur personality" aspect... this is important to the theatre and performance teachers so you might want to add some smiles or say some silly stuff in the camera
good luck with all of that
