I believe this particular circus has visited Norwich before under a different name. All the acts (bar the clowns, I think) had changed, and I think most of the artists. Whether the current artists have any connection with Berlin, I have no idea. I can understand your frustration if not. But plenty of UK circuses do not follow that convention. One of the most well known, indeed, is No Fit State Circus.
