Some old faces there.
I actually didn't know Sean Gandini was in Ra Ra Zoo but it sure looks like him.
Sue Broadway always seemed to be the creative engine. AFAIK she was still an important figure in UK new circus quite recently, and probably still is.
Dave Spathaky was the one-time plate spinning numbers world-record holder but bust his ankle falling off a step-ladder in about '90, which put all kinds of kibosh on his performing career. He may have appeared briefly on stage in the EJC '88 public show, or another show of that vintage.
The muscular and gurning acrobatic lunatic is Mark Digby, he was a tutor of mine at Fool Time in '91 and I'm pretty sure he'd left Ra Ra Zoo by then and formed Le La Les sometime thereafter. And by lunatic, I mean lunatic - he had a pretty severe couple of years in the late 90s when he pretty much lost the plot, and then I met him unexpectedly when he turned up at Bristol Convention in around 2000.
Fucksocks, when did my youth become so distant?
