I saw Deiter live in Germany a few years ago (thanks again to Donald Grant for the comps!) and laughed all the way through even though I don't speak German - the guy's so funny you don't have to understand the words to laugh!
So, even if it's badly wirtten, I'd love a copy of the book if it's still available
