Spin, keeping your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. Delay your neck movement so you're spotting for as long as you can, then whip around your neck so your head finishes spinning first. When your head has finished spinning, but your body is still spinning...
Spot that lowest ball again, then spot the others.

Propper spotting is tough, and more necessary if you want beautiful form or to do more than a 3-up 360. Gena Shvatsman spots well:
