I think that's very good work for the time you've been working on it. What we can see of your posture looks good & relaxed (facial expressions not withstanding :P), your throws look smooth & consistent & your rhythm look good too on the early runs in the video, but seem to get worse in later runs. It looks like that was all filmed in one session? Possibly a sign that practicing little & often may be better than lots in one go if that was the case?
