There are soooooooo many sites that do this! SOooo often I have looked up jugglers through reverse image search, or by describing their act in google...
Besides the "shopping list" effect, there is also the replace-ability of people. I think with juggling this is less relevant, but for example I have a friend who performs (among many other things) as "comical butlers" at parties. Though they use his picture at most of the agency websites, there are also colleagues of him who can perform the same act for the same agency.
The agency delivers a product. Not a person.
