This last Saturday we dropped into Circus Space (well OK, now it's called the National Centre for Circus Arts) for their 25th anniversary party - probably our first visit in 15 years or so. Lots of faces from the old days including Mark Morreau (who had put together a wonderful commemorative video which I hope is released online soon). Particularly enjoyed catching up with Julia Dixey, Mark Tate and Simon Ugly (Heir of Insanity, Ugly Juggling) and a few people from my 3-month course, one of which had found an old photo of me (the sepia colour is an effect apparently, I'm not actually that old). A joyful occasion with plenty of smiling faces and hugs, even if we're all a little greyer and pudgier!
