It's so good, I hardly dare comment. What I see - but I may be wrong so please think of a question mark after each sentence :o)   :

The first run seems more stable especially when I look at the top of the pattern. In the second PB-run you seem to quarrel with constant height (also when I look at the top of the pattern).

Maybe your hands do different, not as much in the first run, but in the second run, your right hand seems to work more. What do you think of focussing on your weak hand's throws during a run, counting or emphasizing weak hand's beats?

You walk a lot (I do too), but i think that's normal .. a question of balancing the top of the pattern where you want it, controlling it up there. Guess, that's what Gatto did "isolated endurance" for.

I also found impressing how Stephen talks of "taking out aspects" here: http://www.jugglingedge.com/smalltalk.php?ThreadID=2338&SmallID=17047#Small17047 .. simply hooks them off as "done that part".

What do you yourself think is flawly? Do you feel any hurdles \ problems \ drifts \ muscle tensions you have to get over?
