My pirouettes are not good but I'll try to give advice anyway. Without seeing you try it the only advice I can give is to make sure that you're spinning the right way relative to the hand that you start the high throws with. The fact that you prefer the 180 indicates to me that you may be trying it the hard way. I spin anti-clockwise and so start the high throws with my left hand. You see the first catch earlier and your palm faces the ball as you finish the spin. Other than that just get the pirouette very clean and fast on its own before doing it while juggling.
