Maybe don't get tempted by the high up throws to also do a slow & long spacing which will kill the time gained with the first ball up, .. but do all the high-ups at the same beat from cascade? .. A question of good timing (& spacing), three accurate high-ups (for the whole pattern to land well shaped) I guess. I think, the first throw gaining extra beats for the pirouette is sort of a `measure´ for the good timing of the whole.
