I can't do this but have heckled people who can.
If part of the problem is that your pirouettes go wonky when you are trying the 3 up 360, you could try getting a friend to help. Give them a well defined aspect of "good pirouette" and ask them to just call out yes/no each time you do the trick, as to whether the pirouette was up to scratch. I'll let someone who knows what they are talking about say what's a good thing to work on when it comes to better pirouettes. Looking at how you're doing it now might help...
